Refund/ Return Policy

We offer a 14 day refund policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, refund, and/or exchange, your item must be damaged or incorrect based on your order. If the item you received is incorrect or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost. However, due to COVID restrictions, we do not allow any masks to be returned. 

NOTE: Once your shipping label has been created, we cannot cancel/amend/refund your order. Once we create a label, your order will be sent out ASAP.

(If we are waiting for an item to be re-stocked, your order may be delayed or partially shipped. Please also note that we ship in bulk, so it may take the USPS several days before they're able to scan everything to send out.)

For all other return reasons (ex. ordered wrong shoe size), the return shipping is at the cost of the customer. 

Pictures of receipt and product must be provided to validate claims. 

To initiate a return, please follow the below steps:

  1. Email with your request, pictures, and your order number.
  2. If we are covering your shipping fee, we will email you a label to print for your return. If you are covering the return fee, please send your return with your order number to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.  You will receive a refund in the same currency and same exchange rate as your original order and to the same payment method used during the purchase. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We cannot guarantee that all items are in stock at the time that your order is processed.

If there are any items that are out of stock you will receive a notification outlining the "unfulfilled" items. A refund for all unfulfilled items will be processed and can be expected 3-5 business days following initial notification.
