Every OBX Prep order is prepared with care in our Outer Banks, North Carolina studio.

Processing & Custom Orders

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Please check the product listing for any stated production timeframe. For custom commissions, we’ll discuss timing with you before beginning your order.

If you need your purchase for a specific occasion, please email SimplyPrep97@gmail.com before ordering so we can confirm availability.

Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Eligible orders over $100 receive free shipping.

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly so we can help before your package ships.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information. Carrier delivery estimates are separate from our production time, and tracking may take time to update after a package is handed to the carrier.

Order Questions

If your package is delayed, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, please email SimplyPrep97@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, include photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
