Our OBX Wildlife Coasters celebrate four familiar residents of the Carolina coast through detailed, naturalist-inspired illustrations engraved into Baltic birch.

Each coaster begins as 1/8" Baltic birch in our Outer Banks studio. We laser cut and individually engrave the artwork, sand each piece by hand, and finish it with a protective matte polyurethane coating while allowing the natural beauty of the wood to remain part of the design.
The result is a simple, refined piece that feels at home in a coastal kitchen, beach house, coffee table, or bar without becoming traditional souvenir décor.

Because we use real wood, each coaster has its own grain, knots, and natural variations. These differences are part of the character of the finished piece and mean no two will be exactly alike.
